Hi everyone and welcome to my first Disney World trip report. I will be reporting
at least once a week on my current visit to the parks and showing some of the more
interesting things I witnessed and also my observations. If there is anywhere you
would like me to visit and get photos from just click on the Contact Me tab above
and I will try to make that happen.
So the whole point of this trip was to have lunch at Restaurant Marrakesh for my
first restaurant review for the site....more about that later. I arrived not to long
after the Epcot opened at 9:00 intending on taking some additional photos for the
site and noticed immediately that the park was full of Brazilian tour groups. Every
July these groups flood into Disney and there is plenty of chanting and singing in
I went on over to Test Track for a fast pass then took in a ride on Mission Space.
I want to say ever since they added the two options to ride the line can sometimes
move at a crawl. The posted wait was 15 minutes but it was more like 30. I met a
gentleman and his son in line and we ended up in the same vehicle together. It was
there first time and they loved it.
I took a walk back through World Showcase for lunch and took a few photos. These
will be the new restaurant in Mexico and the pizzeria in Italy. I was actually pleasantly
surprised by Restaurant Marrakesh. My expectations for Morrocan food were not the
highest but I would have to recommend this if you would like to try something a little
different. Check out my review if you are interested and enjoy the rest of the photos.
